The Little Market is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the economic self-sufficiency of women worldwide through dignified income opportunities, founded by Lauren Conrad and Hannah Svkarla in 2012. As Social Media Manager I spearheaded and executed successful growth-focused strategies for each of our social channels, converting engagement into sales and building an active, authentic community.
In just one year, I helped grow the community by over 40k and raised the overall engagement rate to 3.5% in Q3! On the day-to-day, I managed a team of copywriters, interns, and graphic designers through campaigns, photoshoots, product launches, and major media opportunities including highly publicized events with A-list celebrity attendees and a segment on The Home Edit on Netflix.
