Hi there! My name's Lorraine, and I'm a 28-year-old creative portrait photographer based in Orange County and Los Angeles, in Southern California. Born August 7th to two Romanian immigrants, I was imbued from the very beginning of my life with a deep appreciation for music, photography, and all forms of artistry. The impulse to create runs in my blood. Creation is my fuel, my therapy, my form of connection, and I am at my happiest when I am sharing it.

I'm Lorraine.

NICE TO MEET YOU!

I've been slinging around a camera since my early adolescent years, following in the example my father set for me at a very young age. Growing up as an only child, I was inevitably the main subject of my father's love for photography. He would take so many pictures growing up that our family used to joke around and call him the paparazzi! The paparazzi role has since been transferred to yours truly. I was always the one hyping my friends up with photoshoots and capturing significant life events. I love the feeling of making people feel special, significant and confident through the art of portrait photography.

To me, the most beautiful moments in life are the moments that aren't deemed "glamorous" by society's ever-changing standards. I live to capture people's lives at their most authentic and unfiltered - the most accurate representation of the time in which they were taken.

A peaceful day for me is either spent at home in my apartment with my roommate and our two cat children or making music with my band! I don't watch much television, but I do watch too much anime. Enough said.
